Distros: please package new plugins in Frameworks

Hi distro packagers,

with the latest framework releases a few frameworks (e.g. KWindowSystem, 
KIdleTime, KGlobalAccel) were changed to a plugin infrastructure. If those 
plugins are missing things break (e.g. a Plasma panel is no longer a panel).

I'm aware of at least two distributions where the plugins are no longer 
installed. Please ensure that you install the plugins to the correct location 
in your packages!
