ECM version changed (Re: KDE Frameworks 5 TP1 tarballs)

So now if i run kdelibs4 and kf5 apps i need to have two wallets running? Do 
you really need that? Can they just talk the same protocol and thus have the 
same dbus name? Or is the dbus name not used for app<->wallet communication?

I'd like that everyone has in mind that at some stage we will have either 
kdelibs4 apps running on a kf5 based workspace or kf5 apps running on a 
kdelibs4 based desktop or probably both and try to make it as seamless as 
possible to the user.
