KDE's opinion on SC 4.13 for Kubuntu 14.04

Also, probably relevant: If you're going to install 4.12, the user runs it for 
a day or two, Nepomuk does its thing, then upgrades to 4.13 with the switch to 
Baloo, that's unnecessarily error-prone.
