Right now - just KAuth has an optional requirement. It builds fake/stub 
backend without polkit-qt-1.
And remembered one more lib - which is required for KF5/Qt5 kde-workspace (for 
workspace it was already made clear it will not be adjusted for same-prefix-
existence as kdelibs4/Qt4 version) - qimageblitz. That one is in the same 
situation as attica.
