err, suspicion, could the displayed systemsettings version number be the 
version of kdelibs that the app was built against? 

(since nothing in 4.11.5 depends on 4.12.1 over 4.12.0, it's possible that the 
upgrade systemsettings-4.11.4 -> 5 ran before the upgrade kdelibs-4.12.0 -> 1 
here. just an idea...)
