Late feature plan addition for Ark?

Your mail misses some important bits:
 * Has anyone reviewed that code?
 * How substantial are the changes code-wise?
 * What new features are there?
 * What are the things our testers should try?
 * Who's going to fix the bugs that will show in the new code?

Personally I would prefer not to do it, but if we have to do it, let's do it 
with enough wave flagging to our early-testers so they find the possible 
errors and we fix them before the release.

That of course if we know what has changed and we have someone that will take 
care of the new bugs before the release.
