It's not me that added nepomuk under kde-runtime in the feature plan page. Is 
it?

So I guess we can assume you are your own release manager for nepomuk-core and 
thus you can OK yourself.

Anyone against that?

You should probably also update http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/Release_Team
