Someone on the release team should either know this or know someone
else who does. A knowledgeable technical person needs to make this
call. It shouldn't be assumed that updating is risk-free.

The screenshot needs to be done by someone who can set up their
monitor according to the screenshot guidelines. One thing should be
added to the guidelines sent earlier (and also below) ... there
shouldn't be any non-free applications in the screenshot. In fact, it
would be best if all icons, thumbnails and open applications were from
KDE.
Is there something from KDE that someone wants to promote? Something
eye-catching or newsworthy?
Volunteer? James Cain, would you be willing to do a screenshot for
this announcement?
