KDE SC 4.9.2 tarballs available for packagers

according to this list of packages, the kde-baseapps tarball
unfortunately contains a commit which fixes a bug, but breaks some
basic things like drag&drop [1]. The fix is in the 4.9 branch already
[2], but came a bit too late to make it into the 4.9.2 packages. See
the review request [3] for some background on this issue.

It would be great if [2] could be included in the final 4.9.2
packages. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience!
