Patch needed in phonon-backend-gstreamer for fixing a bug in Dolphin and other players

Actually it is more a heads-up for the release team and the distros, In our 
case Dragon is our next default media player so we have tested it and found 
the issue with Greek subtitles (this somehow breaks the codification), the 
little patch fixes the issue completelly so may be interesting to take some 
action. In our case we already patched the backend until there's a new 
release.

(and yeah, the topic says "dolphin" but it should say "dragon" xD)
