Spoke with Vishesh, we found out this was part of the KDE/4.8 vs KDE/4.8.x vs 
master vs KDE/4.9 issue in kdelibs and the commit[s] requiring that has been 
reverted.

Dirk, please respin the kdelibs tarballs for 4.8.5
