[Kde-pim] Opening kdepim master for feature commits, branching kdepim 4.6

Or, you can _theoretically_ plan the KDE PIM 4.6 release along with
KDE SC 4.6.5 and KDE PIM 4.7 with, for example, KDE SC 4.7.1 or 4.7.2.
