Restriction for moves from svn to git.

Dear Release Team, 

Since I'm less than impressed by some of the movements from svn to git [1], and considering we should not have to deal which such things during the final release stage, I'ld like to propose a restriction for all remaining main modules to move from svn to git during the period from Beta 1 tagging up to the release day of KDE 4.7 [2].

Thursday, May 19, 2011: KDE 4.7 Beta 1 Tagging
Wednesday, July 27, 2011: KDE 4.7 Release

If there are two supporters and no objections, I'll announce this next Wednesday or so.

[1] before I get mails about being negative again: I've also been impressed by the smoothness of some migrations, like kdepim.
[2] kdegraphics is still not completed, for that module goes that it should be frozen during this period. So no changes, what's in svn stays there during this period.
