[Kde-pim] kdepim 4.4.6?

To me it's not who does the extra job, but doing something that is logical.

Releasing KDE 4.5.1 l10n tarballs with kdepim 4.4.5 translations on them makes 
zero sense to me since we are not releasing kdepim, so why should we include 
translations of code that is not being released?
