Where to put a lib?

That's not a problem.  There are no translations necessary...tagging is
just a simple svn cp and packaging is a simple svn export and tar.gz,
which I'll host on the Amarok site.

I know kdesupport isn't a dumping ground, I'm just not sure where else
to put it.  The lib is not specific to Amarok and is usable by any
program using Taglib, so it seems a logical place.  Going to move it
there since there are no objections.
