Hm? We haven't even released RC1 yet! The tag and the tarballs have changed even yesterday evening.

So if it is a distro shipping RC1: we need to talk to them about when they should release their packages to the world.

If it is a single user which build from svn, let them use svn up.

Am I missing something obvious?
