l10n-kde4 has been branched

Hi, 

with the imminent release of KDE 4.2.0, l10n-kde4 has been branched:

Please use the following lookup table for deciding where to commit
translations: 

- KDE 4.1: /branches/KDE/4.1/kde-l10n
- KDE 4.2: /branches/stable/l10n-kde4
- KDE 4.3: /trunk/l10n-kde4

All modifications so far to trunk/l10n-kde4 are in the newly created 
/branches/stable/l10n-kde4. the previous content under that path has been 
moved to /branches/KDE/4.1/kde-l10n. Adjusting of the documentation externals, 
if needed, will be done shortly. 

Top priority should be improving KDE 4.2 translations, KDE 4.3 translations 
should be the next one after that. It is unlikely (although still possible), 
that there will be another KDE 4.1.x release (currently none scheduled), so do 
not spend too much time on it anymore.
