I think it makes sense. We can make 4.2.1 work correctly with Qt 4.5 if 
there is need  for patches on the KDE side. And yes, released, not 
tagged, as there might always be some commits for which you need to 
update the tag - better not be "fix for 4.5, break for 4.4" ones. ;)
