Is trunk dependant of Qt 4.5 or not, as of now?

There hasn't been an announcement that Qt4.5 is required for compilation,
however we do seem to have a runtime-dep on it by now already.

Yes, though it was announced that we'd switch qt-copy to 4.5 after the
release of 4.2, there's been simply no discussion as to when Qt4.5 would be
required. Not on kde-core nor here.

kde-devel would be the right one to listen for such an announcement, or
kde-core-devel.
