I do see those problems, however, this change is not pure artwork, it fixes 
very real bugs and it also hopefully resolves the Ozone/Oxygen windeco fork. 
I would like to have it off by default when we have compositing on, since 
there are enough visual hints to distinguish between active and inactive 
windows in that case.

Not a real opinion, probably not all that helpful, but it is a bugfix for one 
of the biggest problems we've been suffering from with Oxygen.
