4.2 Schedule.

personally, for 4.2 i think we should stick with the same 6 month cycle as we 
had for 4.1. we ought to have a schedule by the time 4.1.0 is released and 
we'll probably be ok with doing what we did again. it may not be perfect, but 
it's a bit late imho to be thinking about re-working the schedule.

in addition to that, i think we really ought to get together at Akademy and 
discuss what we want for the release schedule for 4.3.

planning one release further out will let us make better decisions (due to 
having time to discuss it more carefully and clearly, without time pressure) 
and will let us announce it earlier to give our downstreams more reaction 
time.
