Proposed KDE 4.1 Release Schedule

Hi,

Based on the feedback so far, I've come up with the following very  
rough schedule for KDE 4.1:

April 28th: Soft Feature Freeze. Features not already finished or  
listed on the planned features page will have to wait until KDE 4.2.
May 19th: Hard Feature Freeze. Any unstarted feature (even if it's on  
the planned features page) will have to wait until KDE 4.2. Any  
currently in progress features will need to be completed.
May 19th: Tag KDE 4.1 Alpha 1
June 16th: String Freeze. Tag KDE 4.1 Beta 1
July 7th: Tag KDE 4.1 RC 1
July 21st: Tag KDE 4.1.0
July 28th: Release Announcement
