Removing settings:/ ioslave ?

i can see 2 routes:

a) kill the link in about: along with the media:/ one and we have a 2x2 grid
b) change media:/ to / and have Settings launch systemsettings the 
application. sort of makes the point of having it in konq's start page a 
little odd, but hey =)

either one is a 5 minute change.
