I think it's OK to plan for more than one release candidate, it's quite en 
vogue to do that currently (look at Linux for example). The point is that we 
*would* like to see it bugfree by -rc1 of course (though we do expect people 
to find bugs). Calling it another beta would not communicate clearly that we 
really think we're getting close (to both, devs and testers).

Thanks for the input and checking the dates, though.
