[NAG] Milestone: Subsystem Freeze

Hello,

We currently have a licence problem with the move of the kdeeduplot widget to 
kdelib. The problem is that the code is currently licenced as GPL, most of 
the authors have authorized the relicencing to LGPL, but still some of them 
hasn't been reached (as far as I know). And I am a little bit concerned that 
the issue won't be solved during that week :( Which is sad as the widget is 
ready API wise (and some applications developers are eager to use it 
for "neat new features", well at least me :) ). On the other hand the 
kdeeduplot widget isn't a "major subsystem", so will it be possible to make 
the move after that date ?

(other than that moving the subsystem freeze to a monday is a good idea ;) )
