[V3.0] KDE4.0 Release Roadmap

Hi Allen,

Thanks for getting the ball rolling.  One suggestion: can we add a statement 
to the k-c-d announcement that we still need people to step up as "release 
coordinators" for various KDE modules?

The current list is here: 
http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/KDE4ReleaseInfo#Module_Status

It would be good if we had at least a point of contact to the developers in 
each of the modules.
