Yup, although for the most part the osx-specific issues have pretty much
been ironed out.  The only big outstanding one being dbus autostart
support (and that's being worked on).

There's still a hell of a lot of polish to add, but it will certainly be
to a point where we can release and say "kdelibs works on Mac OS X, as
well as many applications."
