Good work.

Some comments:
- Will there be an Alpha 2 release on 1 June, when the feature freeze kicks 
in?
- To what extent does the release plan cover the Windows port? Is there also a 
native Mac version planned?
- Calling the release "4.0.0" with the two zeros looks strange. Wouldn't it be 
more common to call it "4.0"?
