kdelibs has hardly enough messages to justify an extra kdelibs message freeze 
if you as me.

But during the months KDE4 wasn't tracked by developers, kdelibs collected
(for German) 4.6% fuzzy and 4.5% untranslated stings - less than 900 strings
all together.
