There is a pretty long kdelibs/TODO list, and most of the stuff in there is 
not finished. 

I guess it is a pretty good starting point. I would imagine that we want to 
give it time until Beta2 to finish those items and do not accept new ones (or 
move them down if they can be fixed after 4.0).
