Hi,

what I suggest is to write down a document stating step by step what to do 
to get a release done. "Do this, do that, checkout this, run this script", 
etc, until you finally have the tarballs which you can release to the 
public.

For KDE4 this probably works differently compared to KDE3, but Dirk did it 
already several times. Having it for both KDE versions and even KOffice 
would be nice, too. This document could finally go to the devnew wiki. 
Maybe somewhere already is such a document?

How do you feel about that?
