Noone able to answer this? So I should decide? Well, I will move the program 
files of KHexEdit (but not the Okteta parts in the subdirs) to 
tags/unmaintained/4 tomorrow, that is on Monday 31.12., then, if noone minds.

I should have had this idea ealier, but given that Espen Sand, the official 
maintainer by the About Data, has been inactive for some years and also not 
worked to port KHexEdit to KDE4 I forgot to include/ask you, Espen, about the 
future of KHexEdit at all. Sorry, at least now trying by including you in cc:
