[rekonq] Open Closed Tabs or Ctrl+Shift+T

I don't personally use this feature. And we implemented that following suggestions from people wanting it.
In general, when I don't use one feature and Pano says "I'm ok to change/modify/add/remove it", I'm ok too :)
