Rohan Garg committed something that adds this feature, but we still need to discuss about this. 
There is a thread about his commit on the mailing list, most people are against such a button.

IIRC we couldn’t find any other matching name. There was a thread on the KDE forums, where we asked for naming suggestions, but none of the suggestion was really good enough IIRC.
About rekonq → Rekonq: Maybe we should discuss about that too…

Currently we use a animation (gif or mng) that was made out of the plasma spinner SVG. 
This of course means, that the quality of the animation isn’t as good as it could be (e.g. look at the Plasma Notification area).
Does someone know, how Plasma animates this (static) SVG? Maybe we could use it too?

arora already has this feature… maybe we can take a look at how they did it?
