[rekonq] Why not use kwin tabs instead of internal tabs?

In kwin settings, you can define specific parameters for rekonq windows. In the 
preference tab, you can force automatic grouping.
In rekonq, you open new windows instead of new tabs. These windows will be 
grouped (ie. become tabs in the window decoration).

Currently, rekonq doesn't have an option for always open new windows instead 
of use its own tabs, but it is not impossible to realize.
