[rekonq] rekonq in Kubuntu

As you know we'd like to include rekonq as the default browser in
Kubuntu 10.10, due for release at the start of October.

We did have it in for our last alpha but have now removed it because
rekonq 0.5 is too unstable with Qt4.7/KDE Platform 4.5.  As I
understand it the plan for rekonq 1.0 is to have it working wth
Qt4.7/KDE Platform 4.5 and be released in September before our
FinalFreeze.  So I'm still hopeful we'll get rekonq in Kubuntu for
10.10.

Should https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=239005 be reopened if it's
the bug for thread race crashes?
