[rekonq] Url bar size

Hello

i send again my (stupid) patch to fix url bar size in rekonq.

If url bar size is too small with oxygen, it should be reported and fixed in 
oxygen but currently, rekonq is broken with other style than oxygen.

Here qtcurve dev comment on rekonq kde-apps page:

"The location bar entry field is too tall. It looks ok with oxygen (but still 
bigger than other oxygen editable combos). But if you use a style such as 
skulpture, bespin, plastique, etc, then it looks way too tall - almost the 
full height of the toolbar."
