[rekonq] Menu bar

I was really undecided about that and leaved suspended the menubar for a 
while.
Using rekonq one week without it, I realize we don't really need it. You can 
find quite all in the contextual menu or under the tools button. Simple and 
fast. What's best?

For me, it has definitely gone.
