[rekonq] Remove items related to bookmarks from the tool button-menu

The tool button-menu is too long.
"Bookmarks Toolbar" and "Bookmarks Panel" are config actions. 
These actions are not used in the same way as "Find", "History Panel" and "Full Screen Mode".
The user activates "Bookmarks Toolbar" or "Bookmarks Panel" once, so they must be in the config panel, not in the tool menu.
I posted a similar remark before 0.3.
