[rekonq] Latest GIT version (requires KDE 4.3.75)

Hello all,

I really hate those mails which have the following content: "title
says all", but sadly this just seems to be one of those mails. :(

Does the latest GIT version really require KDE 4.3.75 yet or is it
something that slipped in by accident?
