[rekonq] PATCH: Bug 208216, new tab is opened if enter is pressed inside form

I also had this "hack" in mind and refused it, because it prevents the 
user from submitting forms to a new page. For example, Ctrl+left click 
on the google search button will not work anymore.

But thinking about it again, I approve this patch. The bug is too 
annoying and I doubt if the use case of submitting forms to new pages is 
ever used.
