[rekonq] Dutch translation

Hey there guys,

Excellent work on the new version of rekonq!

I started working on a Dutch translation. It's currently at 82% (33
untranslated strings). One thing I noticed is the inconsistent usage
of WebKit (in the language file often referred to as Webkit), do I
need to file a bug for that or is it covered already? :)

On as side note, as soon as I get a chance, I'll build a new rekonq
RPM based on http://berkenpies.nl/rekonq/ and get that out too (and
into Fedora also).
