We will need a Runner for history. Webshortcuts and Bookmarks runners alreardy 
exist.
I talk about AwesomeBar but it is not the priority.

Ok for the OneUrlBarRekonq.
But for the AwesomeUrlBar, I think it is a 0.4 target, I just expose the idea.

For 0.3 we must define a dbus protocol between webViews and MainView.
We must create a new class for a process with one Webview inside it and expose  
public functions of Webview via dbus. We must expose some functions of 
MainView.
Imo, we must also continue to support the current way in case X is not 
present.

About 0.2:
I don't understand the favicon problem.
I don't know what you want to do with error pages.
When will you tag Rekonq to 0.2 ?
