No, that's wrong! rekonq after 0.1 release uses KDE network classes. So you 
have to have them.
In KDE 4.2.x with x major then 69 you have them in kdelibs. If x < 69 the 
installer said you have to install KDEnetwork (from webkitKDE) package.
