[rekonq] No Location Bar, No Bookmarklist

Fresh build from git repo on my home desktop - Kubuntu Karmic Alpha2, KDE 4.3 
RC2

There is no location bar and no bookmark menu. Ben a while since I tried 
rekonq so I can't remember where the bookmark menu is meant to be :)

Have deleted .kde/share/apps/rekonq and rekonqrc, makes no difference,

Resetting the toolbars to default just makes the icons vanish.
