[rekonq] Compiling rekonq results in location bar-less browser

I'm afraid it didn't.

There wasn't a "Reset" button, however there was a defaults button.
Choosing that asked me if I really wanted to reset the toolbar, and doing
so resulted in *no* icons on the toolbar at all and still no location bar.

The tool buttons are still there with there text - just no icons.

Note:The "Available Actions" list is always empty.
