You can also write an email to either the spanish translators mailing list or one of the team coordinators. Both mail addresses can be found here [1].
As you can see here [2] the Spanish translation could need some help, to achieve the obligatory 70% completion, in order to get included.
You can download the translation file here [3] and open it with e.g. Lokalize or poedit  (or any simple Texteditor :-P)
