Hi Federico, and thank you for your help. Unfortunately, this is not the right 
list ;)
In fact rekonq, from 0.1 release, is translated by the fantastic kde 
translation (and docs) team. You should address there your requests, 
(eventual) questions and translations. Address is kde-i18n-doc at kde.org.
