[Raptor-Menu] Development status of the menu

it was i was thinking about the menu rank. Tha database structure us
quite spécifique , so even you use kickoff backend, the structure need
to be changed.

hum, finally at the end of all it's just a menu. so the code needed
will not be so impressive.
