Draft: Release schedules for Plasma 6.7, 6.8 and 6.9

Isn't branching happening on 6.8.90 (i.e. 2027-01-21 )? 

Anyway, I'm guessing that 6.7.7 should be released before the branching happens? 

Any preference on either moving 6.7.7 ahead in time or postponing 6.9 (by about 2 weeks)? Delaying 6.9 might cause a scheduling issue with Kubuntu 2704, as the initial 6.9.0 would be 2027-03-09 .
